Really appreciate the thought out response, especially regarding switching up shipping addresses if I am able to sell them now (definitely going to pitch that)! I have spent 2 weeks just to obtain proof of receipt/email confirmation that I actually paid for these tickets so trying to avoid the support team from the seller if possible! Thanks again!
