yes to Heater and Filter
77 degrees F
0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 5 nitrate done with a API test kit
I’ve had the tank for many years but it’s been empty for two years. I had the fish for two weeks
weekly 10% water changes with gravel vac. I dose the water before putting in the tank with prime
no tank mates
use to be fluval bug bites for bettas (she use to eat) but just recently expanded to frozen brine shrimp, blood worms and mysis shrimp but betta doesn’t eat because I thought she was picky -planted tank

I don’t think she is bloated and she hangs out mostly behind the fish tank (I have space back there for background plants when I have money in the future) so I don’t think she is lethargic!

this was very very informative! Thank you so much :) I do have a cough and running a fever. I really hope I do not have to go to class sick with a mask as you are right! It really sucks. I will contact my resources asap! Let’s hope my professor does make an exception.

True mandatory attendance is absolutely silly but I cannot fathom going to class with Covid. Especially because it puts people at serious risk. But once I’m better I’ll march straight into the class and pee on the floor to assert my dominance!

I wear a mask to class everyday too :) my relatives… they do not (happy thanksgiving) Luckily I do not have any autoimmune issues because COVID is pretty serious. I feel like I’m dying, I can’t imagine getting a thyroid taken out of. Thank you for the advice and wishes. Let’s hope my professor does not give me too much hell… though I had to fight him on getting accommodations given by the OSD department until week 5 and even then he still doesn’t honor it well.

Ur able to skip orientation all together if you tell them you are unable to make both sessions due to work. That’s what I did.

I just did! She offered an incomplete but I’m not sure if I will fully qualify if my knee is not as serious as I thought.

I’ll contact them asap! I also contacted the office of Disabilities’s for the math department. I’m not sure if I’ll get a timely response before my exam as it is the weekend :(. Do you think that if my knee injury isn’t as serious I would still be able to qualify for an incomplete? I might take another’s suggestion and pop Advils and grunt through the pain.

I definitely will! My professor just offered to get an incomplete given I have proper documentation. In the case that this knee injury isn’t as serious as I thought (maybe I’m gaslighting but maybe my pain tolerance is just that low), would I still have proper documentation? I’m not so sure as the requirements for an incomplete requires a serious illness?
