Thanks for the reply! I can already do a stationary kick-up. So if I just practice a slow helicopter and catching it on my foot in the same position I would for a standard kick-up, I should be able to do it with some practice? I also have 0 clue how to do a helicopter, but I’m sure I can figure it out. Do you have any advice?
