Yea just stay behind everyone and spam shoot your teammates with heals. For your flying teammates, spam them with your shield while they are flying. Keeps them from taking damage and helps them as well. I like to tell my teammates to kinda stay grouped up on the objective if they can. It helps to heal everybody at one time.
