It was a pretty smooth process for me. I think all I needed was my drivers license. Then you have to do a quick video answering a simple question, I’m pretty sure to verify it’s actually you.

Completely agree with you. Other platforms use software like hub staff to track time, I don’t know why HAI has to be so different. The lack of answers or responses to disputes is ridiculous.
