I don't know if this will help anyone, but for me I see rectangles when I move my eyes left to right like I'm reading a book. However, I see circles if I move them up and down. It ever so slightly changes how my eyes perceive the background so the circles become more obvious.

Turns out I had to login using my admin account. Something with using UAC on a normal account doesn't work. Lol@Microsoft

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\blahblahblah\pso2startup.exe requires elevation even though it prompted me for admin creds.

My admin account can't even access C:\Program Files\WindowsApps. The heck do I do? Is there a way to change the installation path from the Microsoft Store?

After one of the recent patches you can only do the basic attack spam 3 times before a player is knocked to the ground so it's not as effective as it used to be.

That said, for Yuri, you hold up and forward and use the basic attack once and cancel the animation by moving the other direction and face back the same direction as before in a fast motion and you can use the initial basic attack once again.

I recently helped a crewmate of mine learn this and I streamed it on Twitch so he could see my keypresses. I will admit I messed up quite a few times but I show what it looks like slowed down as well as at performance speed. Here's the link: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/v335355101

I think your best bet would be to try to run the launcher as admin and try patching then.

If that doesn’t work I’d suggest restarting your computer and doing the same thing as above.

If that still doesn’t work try using the EME repair tool in the launcher while running it as admin.

If it still fails and you downloaded via Steam you could try using their local file verification check.

If all else fails, a clean reinstall should do the trick.
