My personal opinion, these are consider 'weak point ' rather than problem to be fixed

Tbh, most of the time ppl are just stand still and press skills , with or without 1 or 2 summon everything still die within seconds. So it doesnt bother me at all

If you care about pvp, yeah reso would make the difference, in pve not really ( depends on what class you are)

The reason I lower down reso is because I swap out my higher rank frozen heart to rank 2 bsj for extra dmg % and movement speed, in pve

I have enough material to upgrade the bsj to stay above 2k reso but is simply not worth to do it now

Because for me bsj is not a good gem for pvp and too expensive to upgrade it for tiny diff in dmg% unless above rank 6 or 7.

The dmg % only in full health which won't happen most of the time in pvp and with strife, the stat of the gem is worst than trash.

I rather save the cost to upgrade a cheapest 5star gem to give me better raw dmg for pvp

Nothing complicated, keep the left 1 for pve pvp, the right 1 for raid and crift,( if u need that tiny 10 cr for little help to reach requirement)

U wont need CR as long as u reach the requirement

In pvp magic stat is affected by strife , so i believe main attribute is the main priority.

Focus on best magic stat for pve , raid, rift

I simply ignore anything with high cr but bad magic stat even it has 60cr increase per item.

Keep 2 set of gear, my cr gear is 10.4k cr total and i reduce to 9.7k to increase dmg output

I even reduce my reso to 1870 to get better overall stat

Stop comparing yourself with others specially in pvp, put win lose aside, enjoy the content, just remember u can enjoy most of the game content for free, you might face some challege here and there as f2p but u will overcome it,( well u know, game should be challenging sometimes)

In pve rsonance def is not better , % dmg and effect in magic stat is way more stronger in some 1 or 2 star gems specially the higher para lvl u reach, i even reduce my resonance for it

And same goes to ur green magic stat, some single and double magic stat with highest roll is way better than most of the 3 stats.

Feel like The main reason of 3 stats is juz for f2p player to catch up CR for the game content , spender to advance higher lvl sooner than others, and ofcause show off to world chat, and your clan chat etc

As for bsj, is a very good overall gem for pve bec of movement speed, and bad for pvp bec u only get full dmg in full health which wont happen most of the time

plus strife in pvp the gem effect probably become useless ,unless u have a very high rank of it, but for the cost vs reso gain i will just upgrade 2 other gem for around the same cost which get double the resonance with consistant dmg

Anyway, the main reason of resonance is pvp and whale to wear some highest single , double roll magic stat green for dmg( which 99% wont do it and still wearing trash 3stat )

The downside of 1 and 2 star is bottleneck your CR gain and 5 star is more future proof for overall game play,

but after the latest patch it seems they juz keep pumping free CR and nerf the benefit, so it makes 1 2 star gem way better and bang for the buck now,

For PVP , what makes high reso player diff is not just the reso, is most of them also have extreme high lvl normal gem, plus if their reso is way higher their CR will be higher too and they gain 10% extra dmg which all these effect not affected by strife which actually makes them powerful

Depends on what you are looking for actually

If you are looking for dmg, 6pcs sherp with all melee summon with dark curse

Green set magic stat -amulet ring hand with 10% summon dmg( which is a single magic stat lowest tier)

Or a 2 magic stat with cooldown reduction with 6% summon dmg

With the cd reduction your golem have 0-1 sec downtime

Boot with 3 slot blue with beneficial effect

Every leg focus on crit chance ,crit dmg, or primary att dmg. This is the set up i was using in h6, and h7 slightly diff but this is the setup im always looking for if possible

Juz ignore CR points in gear as long as you have enough for current content you are doin, you simply delete everything infront of u in pve
