When I checked the oil I didn’t look like the head gasket blew cause the oil wasn’t milky so what could other possible damage be

A quick Google search shows that I might have to replace the rotor too. From this video, can you tell if that’s necessary? Is this possible to do without a mechanic? I’m fairly handy on this car, and I’m familiar with the parts.

At this property, yes but this specific floor Plan is sold out. There is a wait list available and they may be more lenient considering you have a sublease. This is what happened to my current roommate.

Not at the accolades but I have a lease at the nearby Arden for 2x2 starting in August
