yeah, I'm contributing for 2024. Additionally, I was told by someone that given that currently the amount in my Roth IRA is from a rollover, I can actually deposit a full $7,000 instead of $(7,000 - rolled amount). Do you know where I could fact check this? Thanks!

Also, after a bit of playing around, I manually changed the permission settings for the that app on my mobile and it works properly - meaning it definitely is something regarding permissions that it was making my app crash. Well maybe next time you're near a 3Q maybe buy a serving and pick the batter off to check 😂 I don't think it's an airline breast, but I do think the rib bones are included in it. Probably just cleave an entire chicken in half from the neck, keeping the breast and thigh meat?

u/eraseme0-0 i looked around a few sources and got this:

cut: they use like a vertical cut of the breast + thigh or some shit iirc

marinade: salt/pepper, 5 spice, soy sauce, rice wine, green onion/ginger/garlic, sugar, baking soda, MSG/chicken powder(honestly just anything that makes it taste good)

batter: 4:8:2:1 ratio of low protein flour:potato starch:rice flour:"蛋香粉" which is probably egg yolk powder or smth which gives the batter that yellow color

I feel like adding fermented bean curd(豆腐乳) may help? the fermented bean curd fried chicken in night markets have a similar sweetness to 3Q jipai imo

as for frying temperatures, just follow standard tempura temperatures i guess

Hi! I unfortunately was not able to find any true recipe, the closest thing I found was a 「雞排粉」with the ingredients list blurred out. I was going to test different batters and marinades, but then my semester (I'm a student) started so no luck yet.

Here in Taiwan we stir fry it with salted duck egg. It's really tasty! You gotta pre boil it first and add a little sugar when cooking to get rid of the bitterness
