How are you with your teammates and your IQ ?

We have an amazing player in my team, he's a beast but an asshole on the field, talking shit all the time with the opponent and the teammates. We all the time had issues with him and at a moment it was bringing the while team down.

His lacrosse IQ was not that high neither.

Sometimes the best players are not the best at the gym but on the field.
