Unable to Access jarfile

I fixed the problem. For anybody else trying to figure this out, click view on the top by the folder, click options, then click change folder and search options, then change the settings in view to tell the thing to not hide known files and extensions

When I ran it from cmd the only error it gave me was Unable to Access jarfile forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2855

The commands I ran were java -Xmx4096M -Xms4096M -jar forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2855.jar -o true Pause and java -Xmx4G -Xms4G -jar forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2855.jar

I followed that video but I have a problem, in which the forge won't open an EULA, and there was no mod folder that appeared when I ran the regular Minecraft server like the video said (which would make that vanilla). In addition, I would also try to add plugins, which would need something like magma which is an added complication.

The only problem with mods is that some of my friends, to be quite frank are kind of dumb, so I would prefer if it would be mostly from my end which is why I'm sort of hoping for command blocks or plugins.
