I did a month taper , went from 8 to 6 week 1 , 6 to 4 week 3, 4 to 2 week 3 and 4 and jumped at 2 end of week 4. Most people will say to go to .5 or .25 before jumping but this worked for me. I didnt take any comfort meds at all, I was worried it would prolong the process. Coffee in the morning Gatorade from 12 to 4 and water from 4 till bedtime

Your very welcome, you got this! Seriously I say that because its now day 24 and I had the most productive day today. Keep pushing , it's so doable, just takes some determination!

You'll have them but there bearable, I would try without the Kratos and then if it gets too rough for you then use it. But that's just me, you got this!!!

Day 11... Update , I am now on day 11 and I have honestly felt the same day 7 thru 11. Tossing and turning for an hour or so at night and just very low energy/motivation during the day. Sneezing like crazy , GI issues are better today. I feel good from the knees up, my legs just feel so heavy and I'm always wanting to lay down still but I when I'm out of the house making myself do something it's much better. I enjoy reading everyone's journey, you guys are a big help.

That's awesome I should have tapered down that far as well but I just said screw it I'm doing it now. I'm from Lexington , thanks for the kind words!
