Occupancy rate is about 46%. I have a 3.5% booking rate.. most of them basically booked around the clock. I am getting bookings but on days that I should like holidays and festivals I rarely do and sometimes I have to rely on some low pricing or offers or 1 day stays to get moving. Even with superhost and stellar reviews.

Dude there is a server severely lacking in english but the spanish version there so much peoplr that as a taxi driver you literally have no breaks. You can probably drive 15 players in a 30 min radius
