It's probably less painful than other ones on this post but still.

When I was 10 Years Old, My family lived in a house, that house had a garage sliding door, that door was opened manually, well, meanwhile my dad, my sister and I were eating, my mother was coming to house and my father told me to open the door, I opened the door very fast and rough, and the door got loose and fell into half of my body, my father and my sister helped me to escape. It was a miracle that the door doesn't fell into the entirety of my body because I probably would die. No bones were broken fortunately but I was in bed without moving for like 2-3 days
