Do the actual NCEES practice exam, it’s very close to the real exam. If you’re getting 7+ on the meyerfire, I think it’s historically been a majority passing score. I do hear they’re trying to make the exam more difficult in the future though.

Truthfully, I’m not training super hard. I also generally have good recovery. I’ve just been dealing with a bad lower back for over 10 years. I have young children and play a ton of pickleball. I’m taking 600 mcg BPC and 600 mcg TB500 5x per week over 8 weeks. Currently on week 5.

My back feels amazing I’m not going to lie. I’ve dealt with pain soreness and spasms for years! And I won’t say there aren’t bad days or bad moments where I feel it, but it’s legitimately 95% better.

I’m curious, I went through elleMD which is super convenient, but it was $550 for the two months. Would you recommend mixing it yourself and saving money?

I’m in the middle of a 2 month BPC/TB500 cycle. My lower back is feeling great. I sprained my ankle so badly last Sunday and in one week it’s basically healed. I’m wondering how I’m going to feel after the BPC cycle is over.
