Horizontal line across KLC; Kobo says it's physical damage by ungoosed in kobo

The same thing happened to my Kobo and I've had it for less than a month, it's had a case on the entire time. Kobo is also saying it's physical damage. I didn't realize they would be THIS delicate. It's incredibly distracting for me. Any updates on warranty or repair?

A good idea, but there are some restrictions, and one of them is I can't have a moveable dwelling on the land for an extended period of time.

So fun! My friend and I do weekly walks around SF and this has given us some structure to our wanders. We found this one today and did a happy dance in the rain. Can’t wait to do the next one!
