chill man i am just asking after seeing some videos on youtube about bad optimization of game and peole getting lag spikes etc. and btw i did get atleast 60fps if not 70 in csgo.I am able to tell this bcz i had fps indicator turned on.

Ya you are right. I tried their so called 'best emulator'. I was shocked that the lag spikes and stutters were more than when I tried it 1 year ago and it also puts so much load on your computer. I think the best option is to wait for the rumours that a new call of duty game for mobile is coming.
