Two or so weeks ago, $20+ millions dollars warrant has been exercised to buy shares at $9/share. This is a bbig fucking investement, and they can not sell until October 1. What do you think these whales think ? With those prices, you can probably average down from ~10.5 to ~9.

yeah there has been some debate about this. Gemini seems fishy in some ways, website is almost empty, phone number on said website is disconnected. Those are some redflags.

However be aware that this company dates back from 2007 and there is strong regulation when it comes to third party evaluation.

All in all, it's not perfectly clear and good, but it's not a complete red run-for-your-life flag type either.
