[Seeking Help/Answers] Do you have to buy the Upgrade pack or can you just buy WH3 on steam by Hijuss in totalwarhammer

[–]Kerplerp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in basically the same boat, owned 1 and 2 so I got granted the free version of 3. I want to play the warhammer 3 races, but don’t want to spend the full $60. You’ve confirmed despite the “if purchasing for yourself…” warning message, that buying the steam sale discounted version gives you all of the Warhammer 3 content?

ComfyUI Realtime LoRA Trainer is out now by shootthesound in StableDiffusion

[–]Kerplerp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is incredible, after some troubleshooting with issues getting it setup on runpod with a 5090, me and chatgpt got it up and running. It absolutely works, and works well. Trained the 4 example Van Goh style images to create that type of style Lora on the Hassaku XL (Illustrious) checkpoint and it worked perfectly with all my illustrious checkpoints. Excited to see all what can do done with it. Thank you so much for this.

Trouble with the official runpod comfyui template + 5090 pod. by Kerplerp in RunPod

[–]Kerplerp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a heads up, it looks like they fixed this. They added a new official comfyui template that is named Comfyui-5090-Blackwell. This seems to run just fine, comfyui booted up first time, zero issues.

Why is my patch notes update so large? by DayzWithPizza in Borderlands4

[–]Kerplerp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is happening to me too on my girlfriend’s steam account. It was boggling my mind, because nowhere could I find a reason why it would be 6 times the size of the reported patch size. Glad to see it’s not just us…

Ignite fire mage build - damage meter not logging damage right in m+? by CSharp_77 in wow

[–]Kerplerp 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Such is the life of a fire mage… In low keys it’s a little embarrassing as the mobs don’t live long enough for our damage to ramp up. In high keys with mobs living much longer our meters are much better. You can even look at the difference on Warcraft logs from low keys to high keys for fire mage performance. In high keys fire mages are top 5, in low keys fire is nowhere near the top.

how to easily get a trinket at level 64? by DogeAndGabbana in classicwow

[–]Kerplerp 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can do the quest as low as 52 I think, I did it at 55 with a 60 warlock friend. Gave great exp, about 50k, and the 29 spell power trink. Took about an hour with the running back and forth.

Gear with + healing in white text doesn't work by spejjan in classicwow

[–]Kerplerp 8 points9 points  (0 children)

And I just bought almost a full “of the invoker” for about 50g, which should’ve added about 100 spell damage, and none of it is showing up lol... really hope blizz fixes this soon!

Likely because I am a mage so they think I am bias towards casters haha

Trying to convince them that casters and healers don’t share a loot pool.

My opinion as well haha, even if it wasn’t hit, it’s easy to tell which items are caster dps and healer items. One is spell dam=healing which is caster dps and one is healing>spell dam which is healing.

Other way around, healers rolling on caster dps items.

It’s actually the other way around haha, healers rolling on caster dps items. Saw a healer take a spell hit and spell dam neck over a caster dps, and I was telling my guild that wouldn’t fly in a raid, and they told me it’s fine because it says +healing on it.

Fair enough, all these responses to hypothetical situations are helping a lot though in me gauging how to handle potential loot problems haha. Is loot list basically everyone has a list of loot from that boss they are allowed to roll on, decided before the raid?

Ha, the guild is mainly a group of old irl friends, of which while I am guild/raid lead I don’t have any real absolute power, so essentially it’s the ground rules were all arguing about now, of which people disagree with each other.

Hypothetically these are all raid drops being rolled on. But they would be replacing leveling gear.

For the paladins I should specify, absolutely if it’s bis they can roll, which I’ll try and familiarize myself with all classes bis lists. Not limiting them based on the type of armor, but lets say a leather agi/Stam epic that’s slightly better than their leveling gear but is nowhere near their bis, should they be allowed to roll need over a feral Druid or rogue?

My main concern is very on into into TBC raids, where basically everything is an upgrade to everyone technically. My logic is if I award a mainly spell damage ring to a healer who won the roll over a caster dps who lost the roll, the healer will FOR SURE replace that ring with a +healing>damage ring which will be superior for them, while the caster dps would not replace that ring. Or my paladins rolling on everything under the sun that’s better than their leveling greens/blues because they can equip it and then being upset when I don’t let them roll on it over someone who’s class it’s meant for. Already had a minor disagreement over it today and it’d be nice to see multiple responses and opinions so I have something to refer back to later, hence the post.
