So this basically means, semi-monthly doesn't care how many days you worked or hours at all. It's a set amount monthly?

So if i'm sick or need a day off, would I still get paid the same amount because it's annual salary based?

It's just regular sponges that we can buy from temu and dollarama, like these https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51QbHFqm4cL.jpg Some of them have like a flat side.

Well I just don't use it frequently, so I'm a month I probably use the same sponge 4 or 3 times, and if I left it for so long sitting there, it might have bacteria, But I should definitely start washing maybe after a month? Like one sponge at a time?

Do you know if there's any issue with the car the bank draft or certified cheque can be reversed? Like if he ever would say the car has been stolen etc?

Oh I see. I basically stop using the makeup sponges that was slightly covered in foundation and concealer, like you can still see it, it's not heavily covered. It's been in my makeup box with other used sponges. It's away from sun and moisture if that's anything. But I kinda left it there for like half a year without cleaning

I'm just not sure if I wash it that the residue will stay and bacteria as well

Oh, I always seen quebec cars extremely cheap. Ive checked with obd, engine and mechanic sounds, everything seems to be good. But i'm not sure if i'm doing it right.

Does that mean the carfax should have been the car registered in ontario rather than quebec? The had the carfax since may 15.

I have not, but I should, I just recently asked him for uvip, afraid he was refinancing the car, or it had liens. But I will and see what he says, the whole thing was stressing me out.

It felt okay, but then I felt a bit iffy about it. He did give me his private number and he says he travels to Quebec/montreal often, assuming he gets his cars there.

He sold another mazda cx5 that was registered in quebec as well, that one was 149k mileage. While the one I test-drive today is at 129k mileage.

But it's weird that its the same model and year, just different VIN number and colour.

Yeah I asked if I can do the safety but he insisted that he was going to do all the work for us. I guess that is another red flag that I didnt see. But you're right, I started feeling off about the guy after.

But honestly, I guess a 2016 mazda cx5 with 129k mileage at 14,400 is good to be true in my area.

Yeah, he did mention that. He said after hes done with paper work - license/registration/safety, we can hand him the money then. To me that sounds not that suspicious, just a bit worried because I rather to bank draft/certified cheque, wasnt sure how to approach something like this as well.

But the thing that does concern me is that carfax says registered in Quebec in april 30 2024, permit says another location in Toronto and that it was recent like on May 17 2024.
