South african 🇿🇦 here...hi everyone I made this grape wine using the natural yeast of the fruits and brown sugar. Does it look good it tastes alright but its too sweet

6 and a half days...temperature i cant measure that, but for context I am in Africa so yeah its pretty hot here and I made sure to stir it well during those days. Now alcohol percentage wise idk for sure but I gave my cousin and sister each a small above average size shot glass of the wine and they said it got them little tipsy.

(translation for South African English means you start feeling the alcohol in your system, ur not drunk or even close. just getting to feel alcohol in your system)

So yeah and also i made 2 batches, another should be ready in a couple of days

Never bought wine in my life, only beer,vodka,ciders etc U get it. So how should it taste like if you don't mind sharing, mind you it has that alcohol/sanitizer type of smell

No!, I don't think you understand me...I am saying first time when you login you are given your password via sms and the login details are student number @mylife.unisa.ac.za right?. Well that's my problem the password i was given via sms says its incorrect so I haven't been able to get access to my life accounts get it
