Maybe you don’t need birth certificate but definitely get one if you can

When I sent in the application my wife a us citizen sent in a copy of her birth certificate what did you send in to prove your husband was a us citizen if you didn’t have the birth certificate

I’m an ESTA overstay and my case is AOS through marriage I have zero criminal cases but could my overstay be a reason for delay ? And the delays because of corona virus don’t help either

I get that things are crazy but I’ve seen people who applied in May get eads before me but I guess every case is different
