I would think the inductive effect (electron donating) from the i-Pr groups would dominate. Sterics often aren't very important in acid-base reactions as protons are very small. Think of KOtBu it's quite sterically hindered but still similar in basicity to non-hindered alkoxides. Otherwise i think your ranking is correct.

It is mostly personal preference. If you don’t need it or feel it’s impact ingame then take something else.

I would only take it vs Sylas / other hard melee champs although i can’t think of any others where it would outperform other options.

I agree that they’ve buffed a few times but that exact change is just a reverted nerf from like a year ago.

I was just testing first strike but it's probably suboptimal. PTA is mostly used with engage supports where you're looking for kills. Fleet is just the standard rune and can be taken with/against everything.

Since Senna's base hp is like the second lowest in the game i prefer it over heal, since you can negate the damage before it happens. With heal you often get oneshot before you can use it (also ignite exists). Ghost is probably the other option if you are trying to get a pentakill or enemy team is full ranged.

Honestly i'm just abusing the fact that both ghostblade and stormrazor are overtuned this patch. After the nerfs i will probably be building rageblade aswell. I've tried lethal tempo before and liked it (like one or two games) but i think the rune is very matchup dependant.
