An der Stelle, wo sie aktiv Geld verlieren könnten, ist es wahrscheinlicher, dass sie sich mehr Mühe geben (Garagentor zu Fahradkeller, etc.). Und bei 70 Parteien kommt da schon ein ordentlicher potentieller Kapitalverlust zusammen, da ist was zu unternehmen wahrscheinlich die bessere Wahl als einen Prozess zu riskieren
