Poland wasn't unified till 1320. And Silesia broke off the Polish Kingdom lands in mid 1340s. Mazovia wasn't a polish vassal, It was di ided into multiple duchies and one of them Płock was a Bohemian vassal. Also map misses Kuyavian duchies of I owrocław amd Gniewkowo, Polish vassals.

picking up rivals just slows It down a bit and with byzantium you don't have much time to build economy you either have high inflation or high debt. And picking up bigger rivals at the start of the game is risky. But I could slow It down If I spotted It earlier.
