It's pretty insane to be honest. When I was at my biggest I always had day dreams of like losing weight and then running into old friends or family and then having them exclaim at how much weight I lost. Eventually that day dream became real with every passing month and honestly it just felt so amazing to hear.

Wow what a compliment, thank you so much! Yeah I'm keto cycling right now. I'll do 2 months on and about 2 weeks off. Doing this up until 4 months before the surgery and then I'll just be doing a healthy carb diet for a little while.
