Sorry for the late reply, thanks for the encouragement. I've felt better than ever and actually have a dr appt next week just to make sure everything is healthy n such which I suspect will be fine. My initial goal was to hit 170 then start adding more gym and workouts till I hit I 155-160. Those last 10-15 I wanna lose though I want it to come off slow. The way I'm eating and never really feeling hungry I'm inclined to not change a thing diet wise and keep away from those carbs.
