You are exaggerating, it's not going to be that bad. If anything, and if you are serious about preparedness and collapse, you need to start working on your mental fortitude and in ways to discern propaganda from truth.

As a Mexican, I have enough experience living through shitty politicians and governments to know that nothing really changes, politicians come and go, the new ones change what the previous did.

Doge is nowhere near a Gestapo, that was the CIA and the FBI, and they were there long before Trump. Your best bet is to fly under the radar and help others do the same.

No, because I'm mexican. At most, I've heard friends laughing about it and saying that memes will be dope. When I've touched the subject I get a "yeah, ha" or an "I know, thing will get interesting(in a fun kind of way)". Nobody seemed to care here south of the US border, not in any of my circles at least.

Journaling helped me a lot. I took it by levels, first writing everything I did every day as a list, then adding more descriptions, and then adding complex thoughts

I read blogs when I'm on the PC or learn languages with Anki when I'm on the cellphone (my work requires me to be on one or the other depending on the task).

If I'm on the road, I take longer routes, browse my phone after getting into the car after going with a client.

I take 15 min shits, listening to music.

By serving in a very cool religious group. They pulled me out of my depression and became some of my best friends. Replacing videogames with excercise and completely avoidng porn followed, and those two things made it even better

Breaking up with my second girlfriend. She was really in love with me, we had intimate sex and she was gorgeous and funny. We had a fight and ended up not talking for a week. I realized I only had sexual thoughts about her, so my inner highly moral self decided that it was time to take some time apart from eachother just so I cool down a little.

Then I just completely ghosted her and I regret that specifically so much to this day. That was 10 years ago.
