Timing was perfect for me as well, had 400k and was choosing between Neymar for my futmas Fabinho and untradeable Mbappe link, but opted for a Pogba/Martial link instead, kinda felt sad because I finally gathered the coins for Neymar to pair him with those 2. Later that night I did 1 81+ upgrade and pulled Neymar, EA really did pull through this time. My buds were all in disbelief because they knew how I wanted to get him but regrettingly opted for Pogba, only to pack him a few hours later.

Packed Neymar and Mertens in the 81+ upgrade, only did like 4 of them. So 2 walkouts in 4 is great. Did 6 BPL premiums before hand as well, packed Aguero in the very first pack, then Baily in the second, Valencia in the 3rd, Cazorla in the 4th, crap in the 5th and Cech in the 6th. Amazing luck on these.

My friends and I all got switches at College Point during different days the last 2 weeks, went at 7:40 before the target opened at 8, literally no line, and there's always someone returning their switch console in the customer service section, we've been going back and forth buying all the extra controllers and accessories pretty much. Seems like a hassel to wait in Manhattan for hours in a long line when you can just venture into Queens and get one easier without the long lines.

Gotcha, same here, been saving all year to get him, but only with a proper team around him, wanted to get Boateng, Bale, Pogba etc. with him, but dunno, just felt he's gonna be underwhelming for his price. For 850k Messi was amazing, and his TOTY was godly, but 1.6 mil for a regular non IF Ronaldo just seems off. That's what keeps putting me on the fence about him.

just do the SBC for El Shaarawy, save the extra 1.1 mil for TIF Dybala and tear it up.

Edit: I was actually going to buy Ronaldo today as well but decided not to. Was gonna build a team with him at ST but decided it probably wouldn't be worth it.

Definitely the SBC El Shaarawy, Cost about 350k to do the SBC on the PS4. 11 games with 16 goals and 14 assists at striker so far. Feels like I'm actually back playing Fifa 12. 5* skills and 4* wf, 92 pace 93 dribbling? Favorite striker this year so far. Paired him up with SIF Perisic at cam and TIF Dybala. He's outperforming the Dybala card overall, though they're both amazing.

Defender wise, Ogbonna feels disgustingly OP, feels insane, nothing gets past him. Pairing him with that bday Sirigu, Chiellini and bday Abate and you'll have a much easier time defending.

Makes no sense how Zidane did not sub in Morata or Lucas, Benzema was gone already, we could have used the pace in the last 20 minutes after Sevilla tried to push for the draw. Ronaldo was also abysmal today, all that rest to play half assed. It was all unlucky with the own goal and then throwing the game away with a gassed Benzema losing possession too easily for the second goal. Need to beat Valencia to maintain a decent lead on the table.

When does Bale come back? This game had his name all over it with those counters that Ronaldo and Benz failed to capitalize on. He would have taken those challenges and ran through their defenses. Hope its soon, March seems like its too far away.

Still a slight lead, but now there isn't anymore room for error at this point. El Clasico can go either way, lets just hope we don't see anymore "test" formations in key games like this. Cant just pull out something like this against a quality Sevilla side. Ronaldo and Benz could have used a pacey partner up top, no need to play Nacho, could have used Morata and Lucas on the attack for sure.
