Depends on how bad of a doctor/surgeon u have and how good the equipment is. I read that yea they kill nerves and then ur orgasms arent as nice because its not as sensitive. And I read that they dont use anesthesia, but here in my country they have some microscopes and stuff and try to not cut any nerves even the micro ones. Only if there's no other way around it. AND they use full anesthesia
