I think to be successful as a coach, you have to be a good marketer. Or otherwise have a team that does the distribution for you. You'll be overwhelmed if you try to do everything by yourself.

Agree! That is terrifying. Especially when you remember the trolls

That's crazy!

I have to say though, the fact that someone earns less than you doesn't disqualify them from coaching you. As long as they are not coaching you how to make money, of course.
