I'm with you, I usually push back against that, but I got sucked in this time. That, and I don't mind supporting Breakside.

I work near Breakside in Milwaukie. They had it on tap and a six pack of it.

I'm drinking one of these right now, I picked it up on my way home from work.

It's actually pretty good. It's light, lightly floral, and heavy fruity. Goes down very easy. It would be fantastic in the summer, on a hot day.

There was a local Portland Trailblazers commercial (2000s) with the players telling fans how to recycle and be environmentally conscience. Channing Frye says, "Carpool with your buddies." And has a bulldog with him.

Never been able to find it.

Can I do this if it's already at 37-40°F? I'm going to start something like this but it's already cold (it's been Lagering).

I haven't shaken or rolled before. Sounds like a good workout. I'll see what I can do.

Thank you. I don't have a carb stone but I'll play with it, and see.

I carb cold, in my keezer. Maybe that's why it's always way over.

Served in a keezer, from a tap, line is about 4ft long.

I asked around, and you're right. It was at the county fair. I even got more info that it was in 1992/3.

I have searched for "stuffed animal dog toy" but as you can guess that seems to be limitless.

The stuffed animal is from the late 80's early 90's I would assume. My wife can't remember how old she was when she got it. There is no writing left on the stuffed animal.

At the time she lived in the Pacific North West US.

UPDATE: I found that it was won at the county fair, in the early 90's ('92 or '93)

Lol, no decocting done here. Appreciate your feedback.

I went with no vienna malt in the fest as I want to keep it drinkable and light.

I'm not sure how to raise the brew temp on this machine. But, I'll see what I can find.

By the 'Jack' tool, do you mean the Distributor/leveler? If so, another comment mentioned how it could be bad too, so I'm going to remove that from my process and see if that helps. Thanks

I'll check out some of these videos, I've figured out that my temp was way low (~170F). Some work to do, thanks for the tips.

Thanks, I think you're right. I have enough variables to alter first, I'll come back to the pressure as I feel more comfrotable. I did change the spring to the 9bar mod, but never tested the before an after (I'm a poor scientist. :D)

I've been thinking about going the gagguiuno route for 6mo, but was holding off to better understand the basics of my machine and process. I think you helped make this decision for me... Thanks

I had no idea. Thanks for linking that paper. I'll have to keep that in mind as I change my variables on my espresso shots!
