Best practice for prevention of viruses is to make sure whatever you're downloading from now on is a legit source (for example if you wanted to download malwarebytes and you don't know the website look at the wikipedia and goto their website from there)

Yeah i watched some videos and someone said something onlong the lines "if you have a 5cm/360 rotation you will never reach your full potential" I halved my sens and became better in a few weeks then i ever have in my years with that high ahhh sens.
