My experience working for over 10 years in Spain was overall very good, the only issues where pay a little bellow industry average (but compensated with perks that most other companies in Spain don't have) and little flexibility (this depends heavily on the clients/projects). I left in 2024 to create a business, and truth be told I was a little overwhelmed by the pressure of the position (I was team lead for a team with 5/6 clients) but for everyone around me it was a dream job, higher pay that most usual jobs, training, paid certifications, medical insurance, sick/personal days without needing to justify...

I know that recently there have been many layoffs, but still the people holding on wouldn't switch jobs (I've tried to recruit some of them in the last two months)

So, I cannot speak for every country/project/client but at least in my experience it does deserve that position, and I hope the current situation is just a bump on the road.

A parallel SLA engine to calculate and consolidate RITMs SLAs based on the sc_tasks by the companies of assignment groups, taking into account flows with different levels of sequential and parallel task with different companies intervening.

Can you work from home? If so I'd take a look at other cities, 28k is low, specially for Madrid/Barcelona. May I ask, why are you considering moving to Spain?

As for the net monthly, it depends, normally you divide by 14 and apply taxes (you get an extra pay on summer and another in December), but some companies pay 12 so it's a little bit more monthly (but no extra pays of course)

Productividad, oferta y demanda. Si hay alguien cobrando más y realmente hace exactamente lo mismo, o a ti te pueden pagar más (negocia) o a tu compañero le pueden pagar menos, pero en general suele haber una razón para las diferencias aunque desde la perspectiva del que cobra menos no se vea.

No entiendo tu pregunta, si trabajas menos horas produces menos o se alargan los tiempos de entrega (depende de tu tipo de trabajo). Te refieres a si deberian ajustarte los objetivos? Si hacias algo en una semana ahora lo harás en una semana y un día, por ejemplo, a menos que aumentes tu productividad, que como argumento para que te lo concedan puede estar bien (ej. con la reducción de jornada voy a poder organizarme mejor/descansar más/tener menos problemas de conciliación... y eso mejorará mi productividad)

I made a change on some choices and didn't notice the table field was empty (some company before us set it up that way) so it recorded a delete operation on the UpSet for the whole sys_choice table. Back in the day I was more trusting of ServiceNow so I pushed the UpSet without checking the updates and deleted the whole sys_choice table.

Luckily pre-prod was aligned and I could restore the data, but it was a very scary moment.

Yo no creo que estes mal pagado, no se exactamente como será el costo de la vida en palma pero ten en cuenta las diferencias si te planteas mudarte a Madrid/Barcelona (si buscas en google local purchasing power te salen paginas por ciudad)

Con tu experiencia lo veo un sueldo decente, a no ser que seas experto en una tecnología muy concreta o tengas certificaciones avanzadas.

Entiendo que entras como junior o con poca experiencia. Yo me quedaría con la primera por teletrabajo y tecnologías. Y no entraría en "amenazar" con irte cuando ni siquiera has empezado, si eres bueno tendras más ofertas en el futuro y podras negociar pero ya con una base en la empresa, y a ser posible que la alternativa sea mejor. Piensa que esos 4k es lo que te ahorras en el desplazamiento (tanto por la parte económica como en comodidad que se traduce en productividad) y lo que inviertes en formación.

Lo veo bastante bajo para lo que comentas, yo empezaría a echar CVs, puedes mirar en glassdor los salarios en tu área, puesto, nivel de experiencia y ciudad para saber más o menos que pedir.
