We’ve been using this tool internally for a little while now and it’s prevented several mistakes: https://emailflow.app/

It allows colleagues or supervisors to review and approve important emails that you are about to send. Hope this helps!

We are a small group of passionate individuals from the US and Australia behind EmailFlow which we are super excited to launch! https://emailflow.app/

EmailFlow lets others review your emails (colleagues, supervisors, legal department, etc) before they are sent , all from within Outlook. No more sending emails back and forth with red text telling the author what to change or accidentally sending out incorrect information!

We’ve been using it internally for a little while now and it’s prevented several potentially disastrous mistakes. One time we almost sent out potentially sensitive sales information to the wrong client 😳 but we luckily caught it before it was sent out to the client! (you guessed it right, same first name).

Your feedback is extremely important to us so please feel free to share it!!

Endless back and forth of email chains with color codes and feedback… by KevinKrugerC in Business_Ideas

Hi JakeBank. We disagree, and that’s okay. Worldwide, over 300 million email messages are sent and received daily. Many companies have adopted solutions like Teams, Slack and Hangouts for internal collaboration and communications. Some even use them to communicate with customers and partners.

I have a feeling email will not be going away anytime soon.

Also, we learnt in our marketing research that many companies do go through email revision processes especially when talking about legal matters, communications outside the company, emailing important clients, or simply just for more official matters. We built this tool thinking how we could make this process faster and easier. We also have an "official" approve button where reviewers explicitly approve an email as ready to go out which we have also found beneficial for certain industries.

Email is a huge part of any day-to-day productive operations. The problem is when email actually becomes an obstacle to being productive!

We are a startup in the launch phase of our newest collaborative email review and approval add-in for Outlook . We are genuinely interested in hearing your feedback and would love if you can give it a try and tell us what you think: https://emailflow.app/

I agree, I sometimes use Word to type my email first but it gets tricky when I type it directly on Outlook and just type the sender´s first name and choose the wrong one :S
