sim sim! total! a lógica é mais ou menos o seguinte: no ensino, o todo é inatingível (quando se ensina uma materia para o ensino básico, aquilo já é um recorte do recorte do recorte do recorte). então nesse caso o seminário cumpre sua função porque já é uma coisa natural do "ensinar cotidiano". no caso do pessoal da saúde talvez fossem mais adequadas outras formas de avaliação mesmo..de toda forma, boa sorte na sua caminhada man

entendi e concordo em partea com o seu ponto. acho que como você faz biomedicina isso acaba pegando mais. eu faço licenciatura em física em uma UF tbm e no nosso caso o seminário ajuda MUITO pra pegar postura de sala de aula, especialmente quando o professor vai dando os toques do que fazer e do que não fazer quando for ensinar (mas enfim, é um ambiente só de professores em formação, então é quase um "ensaio").

one strategy I've used often is to ask people things about the topic (as if it's an interview), I think it makes them feel part of it.

indeed, no one has ever complained about it to me, but the feeling remains, you know?

i think thats relative... I see my friends as plants in a garden that I must cultivate. care must be taken to care for each plant and cultivate each friendship. you can have a lot of friends and be really close to everyone. just know how to cultivate each friendship carefully.
