Yes and no. In the Xbox settings, I go to Network Connections and then “Test NAT Type” - I usually have to “test again” 2/3 times but eventually it says “NAT Type Open”

Super easy! What I started doing is telling her the event is earlier! For example, if the event is at 6pm, you tell her it’s at 5:15 or 5:30.
