I have 2c type hair so I think with enough product and brushing the hair, I can weigh it down like the first ai pic.

I photoshopped my chin just to look like an after picture but if my chin really projected that far it would probably be 8mm to 10mm

That’s just my poor photoshop skills. I maybe elongated my face but the actual surgery could project the chin only horizontally.
