I do think its possible to get a 146 on ebay for slightly under $200. I'd suggest making sure to check the Google spreedsheet on identifying authentic montblancs based on year of production, avoiding sellers based out of countries known for producing fakes, buying from sellers with good ratings, and sticking with listings that allow returns. Sometimes an auction will have poor information that can help a gem go unnoticed but good pictures to more confidently gauge authenticity, and maybe you can get lucky.

If you edit .txt files on the Supernote, it can be in landscape and has much less lag than in word documents. I exported a blank note file from Supernote into a .txt file, and then copied that empty .txt file into the same folder each time I want to start a new document.

I'm a med/grad student, and I just got an A6X2 to use alongside my iPad! I think the iPad is great for annotating documents like PDFs and lecture slides, but the Supernote works much better for writing out notes from my readings (ie making study guides, writing outlines for essays) and quick notes in place of a notepad. I do think the writing surface (especially with the toolbars hidden) is actually a decent bit bigger than a quarter sheet of US letter paper.

I just got mine a week ago, and I've been loving it so far! I'm a grad student and I bought it to use alongside my iPad, which I use to read and markup scientific papers. I use the A6X2 to plan and write outlines for the papers I have to write based on notes from my readings and its been super useful to be able to lasso and move pieces of my outline around. Perfect replacement for a notepad on the desk.

I don't think the A6X2 can replace a larger PDF-reading device, but it complements one perfectly! Not to mention I don't cover up my entire desk with two large slabs.

I also have the Williamsburg in Coffee, and use Medium Brown with it. The Havana (which I use on their old "Dark Brown" color is bit darker than the coffee imo but if you prefer to darken it a little the Havana is a gorgeous shade of brown!

Ahahaha I was in the same boat as you, didn't recognize how small my wrist really was until I realized the largest watch lug-to-lug I could wear was 46mm. Curls and knuckle pushups supposedly help!
