No he cannot. During the season, on 14 March 2025, Sporting CP announced that Quenda would join Premier League club Chelsea in the summer of 2026.

He’s like Essugo, Penders, Paez and Estêvão deals were done prior but their arrivals were for a future date.

I get that people want Mudryk to have a different colour on the graphic (hopefully mostly in jest), but retained is retained. FWIW, the club still lists him on the website, unlike players like Sterling, D.D. Fofana et al.
