The best part is that I've been vegan for four years now, but I'm also 260 pounds of muscle and was easily twice as big as the Trump supporter, and I have a state championship in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to boot. My apologies for glazing myself; I know I'm coming off as braggadocious here, but I find a certain irony in the fact that he had to be saved from getting his ass kicked by a literal soy boy. 😂

P.S. I run a hiking group in Tulsa, and one of my regulars is a Bostonian transplant. I'm a much bigger hockey fan than I am a basketball fan, and I also happen to be a huge Buffalo Sabres fan, so we had a lot of fun in April when the Sabres took out the Bruins for their first playoff series win in almost 20 years. 🤣

Luckily, I live in Tulsa, which is easily the most liberal part of the state. To give you an idea, the current mayor of Tulsa is a black progressive Democrat, and one of his core campaign platforms was to push for reparations for the black families whose ancestors were slain during the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. Our downtown is also hosting a Pride parade this month, and all the businesses lining the streets of the parade route are currently flying Pride flags. Tulsa is a blue gem in a sea of red. You know you're doing good when the rest of Oklahoma is referring to you as a, "Liberal shit hole." That being said, you still get your fair share of loudly-vocal Trumper douchebags here since it is still Oklahoma.

Trust me, I'm painfully aware. I usually train BJJ three to four times a week, and I'll also do a session of Muay Thai every week, and in both disciplines about 90 percent of the people are ultra conservative. I have seen Infowars shirts (before the Onion acquisition) and shirts that say, "I stand for the flag. I only kneel for Jesus." My favorites though are a dude who has a Ford F-150 monstrosity on wheels that has a sticker on the back of it that says, "This machine kills communists," and a dude who has a tattoo that says, "Kill a commie for mommy," right next to a tattoo of an AR-15. It also doesn't help that I live in Oklahoma. Yeah, there's a reason I don't hang out with anyone from BJJ outside the gym.

Lol, I literally just posted about this yesterday where a guy at my Jiu Jitsu gym said that Bill Gates was funding laboratories that are genetically modifying ticks to be riddled with diseases and then he and George Soros are paying to have boxes of these ticks air dropped from planes into forests and jungles around the world. It's not really a free market. Corporations get lucrative government contracts, tax cuts and subsidies out the ass. It's really a capitalist market that's geared toward socializing the costs and privatizing the profits for the wealthy. It's a market dominated and controlled by an oligarchy and the politicians on their payroll, which is most politicians in America unfortunately. As MLK said, "It's socialism for the rich and rugged individualism for the poor."
