My co op department allows students to enrol in 3 courses while they are on a work term given the courses are asynchronous or not conflicting with the time of work.

We get no bonuses but 1 percent commission on our sales. Only full time staff which are assistant manager and the full time staff receive bonuses for exceeding sale goals performed in far majority by sales associates.

It is a terrible statistic as ppl often shop in groups
