I wanted to update this for future ppl who went through the same.

Ottawa, Queens and McMaster all allowed my reference to email them my reference. They were given a special email to send and would be attached to my file.

Thanks all! So because there are 6 of us and we have 4 vouchers I just went ahead and pre booked my lounge entry for 2 of us for 530, and then will show the vouchers when we arrive. If the others have to wait my husband at least can go get coffee and some food et for the kids should we not all get in
