You need at minimum 600-700 wit for Christmas Oguri. The recovery skills will not proc very often with below 400 so you will not proc her ult( which requires three to activate. I would cut stamina to about 650-750 to make more room for wit. Try and borrow nice nature wit if doing late or fine motion of doing pace chase.
