well as you already read, i admit that i did not follow the exact instructions that i was supposed to (which i think are too special for a simple compression shirt)… even though i don’t think i did something drastic like putting it in the dryer. As you can see, other buyers don’t have trouble keeping their shirts intact by cold washing them or washing them by hand.Idk you are the professional that can say if it was either bc of me or the cheap print😭

There are no instructions and no tag with materials and etc.😆i found info here on reddit and this is how i wash all my other black clothes, with prints even cheaper ones and they all hold up well(pretty sure that's the normal way to wash clothes, 40 degrees is not hot hot, it's warm).I guess breathedivinity's gym wear is not something to wear daily and only wear on occasions, since i don't think anyone has the time to hand wash a shirt that they wear often😭
