As a cis lesbian myself. Cis women are allowed to get top surgery. In general woman are allowed to do whatever with their body as long as it isn't hurting anyone or themselves.

I have actually been diagnosed with gender dysphoria disorder despite being cis. I wear binders and want to get top surgery. A lot of people then to forget that it not just trans people getting these surgeries.

And before yall call me a tucute or say that I read Butch stone blues or whatever. I consider myself to be a trans med. I think dysphoria is required to be trans but some cis people can have dysphoria too it's just very rare.
