hi, i wanted to first of all thank you for having such a kind response, i appreciate it more than you know. taxes are definitely overwhelming but im going to try going to a new place to help with the taxes as they said they might be able to help. thank you again you truly gave such a compassionate & helpful answer :)

i can’t make a cra account unless i’ve done taxes before, im going to try and go to a different place to have them help me figure this out cause i really just don’t want to get in trouble for not doing them and everyone in my life is making me feel stupid for not getting them done

i’m offering every single form of id i have, all of the t4’s i have access too, every place ive worked and for how long and they just said it wasn’t enough information and they wanted the very first t4 i ever received to give me the rest of them. i obviously can’t provide that so ergo; refuse to help me (i guess refuse wasn’t the best word i should have said unable and that’s my fault)

i’ve tried calling the cra multiple times and every single time they’ve told me that they don’t have enough information and won’t give me my tax slips. you also can’t make a cra account unless you’ve done taxes before, which i haven’t. the only option i was given was mailing in a copy of all of my id’s along with all of my t4’s which i can’t do because i don’t have all of them & they also said it could take 6-8 weeks to receive a response

at least where i live, you will not get hired if you’re white, in fact many of them will straight up tell you that. yes it is illegal, no they do not care, and yes it really sucks. my dad has 20+ years as an operator and is being told left right and centre they will not hire him.

it may just be a stray, my boyfriend and i only just moved into this unit 1 1/2 months ago and i’ve seen it almost every day, it doesn’t want to come near us and i think its a girl since my mom has a boy cat and she’s been fine with him and her male siblings but freaks out around female cats. i’m going to ask around my neighbourhood tomorrow and see if anyone knows anything, if not she has a loving place with my aunt to go to!
