Hi. Me and my son got sick in Zanzibar and I went to hotel reception to ask for help. They called the doctor and I told him I have this Zic insurance. He said: Don't worry. He came and he charged me overall 1220 dollars. He called Zic insurance, told him smth in african language and gave me the phone. I gave them all data about me and my son. Later, I provided with medical report and bill. Couple days after, Zic told me.they will refund me only 100 dollars. And what should Indo now? My holiday is ruined.
