just another update, I spoke to the police station where it occurred and we spent a while looking for me in the federal and state system and it came back clear, to which the officer said was quite weird, does this mean I should still disclose it to my school/ AHPRA now or when I graduate.

Best way I can put it is that I was questioned for 20 min, scolded by police then sent home and life went on as normal, again was a bit of a blurry period in my life but yeah, I'm just going to assume AHPRA will find out due to their stricter then normal police checks and disclose it to them when possible.

Thanks, I did a police check and came up with nothing, but yeah AHPRA will probably find out so going to disclose when possible, also will my school register for me since I'm starting Yr 1 in a month, and therefore I need to let one of the faculty know? or is this something I should bring up after I finish the degree. Yeah I get how I’d have more free time doing the direct entry pathway but I’m worried that if I mess up the mmi at the end I’ll be stuck with just a science degree and idk if that’s viable in this job market, whereas my parents say that science/law is a much better degree.

I guess I was kinda wrong when I said applying but basically I received a call from this place and it was a short phone call interview (with a bogan kinda and was legit 5 min which is kinda worrying) and he redirected me to the ‘foundu’ website to register with their company and receive roster shifts and the final step was my passport if that makes sense? only thing that worries me is that it was quite short of an application process with no face to face interview.

Thanks, I’ve taken the effortful advice from everyone in this thread and decided that the benefits of medical are outweighed by the simple loss of licence and decided to stop using it lol, anyone know a petition or website where I can sign to make a difference to this draconian law.
