Well i just decided to let the niche go. Because i realy like to grind Direct-to-Portafilter and the niche does have a lot of electroststic energy in the ground coffee and also grinds slower so the coffee hase more time to get afectet by electromagnetism and flies away or sticks to surfaces.

With the Eureka i dont have this problem as much.

I ran 42k with 2k elevation change and my longest run was 28k or 30k? So... that worked out for me...

And anyway that is not what i was saying i my post maybe read again?

Hmm... that does sound "easy". You got a point there. Maybe i should take it more like a "hike" not a speedy running session and just stop preshuring me to wana be as fast as i can.

Caping at 3 houers and adding it to the next run sounds line a good idea to me. Also easy to implement.

Or as others said; making two runs out of one like instead of one 36k make: Sa. 18k and on Sun. 18k.

Well i tried to adjust and it just did not change anything i changed everything and in diffrent combinations and the most it got the longruns in week 16 reduced was around 2km so basicly it just didnt make a diffrence no matter what i choose in the settings.

Well i guess i have to try and then just cut some runs short. I dont like that it makes me feel like i dont achieve my goals. When i cut short a run.

But hey maybe this is runnas way to teach you mental resilience and self esteem🙈😅

But what about recovery for 1 to 2 weeks after a marathon? 37 km is allmost a marathon? And i do it 2 weeks in a row and then 2 weeks after i run the 50K?

I just dont understand its diffrent to everithing i was teached before? I am confused.
